Satsang: Play Readings
“Sat” means truth. “Sangha” means community. A satsang is a gathering of like-minded individuals gathering to explore their truth. I have personally found my satsang in the theatre. In the spirit of satsang, I support artists gathering together to read a play aloud. For me, this is the best way to experience this medium.

Ideally, a play is absorbed in a single setting, and when reading, the mind assigns voices. What better way to experience a play than to assign those characters to individual voices - to gather together and hear the play as it was meant to be revealed?
These are informal gatherings. They are art, for art’s sake.
