About The Event
Virtual 60-minute Integral Yoga class every Monday at 6:00 pm ET!
Please register at least a half hour before class at iyiny.org
Pricing is sliding scale from $7 - $28 dollars
This 60-minute class will move through intermediate hatha yoga physical poses, deep relaxation, breath work and meditation. The last third of the class, I will guide you through yoga nidra (deep relaxation), pranayama (breath work) and a minute of silent meditation.
