Restorative Yoga @ Arise Brooklyn

Nourish and heal with a restorative class to soothe the nervous system and promote deep rest. Class consists of long-held, fully supported poses to gently open the connective tissues. With the body and mind open to this profound experience of stillness, we can begin to shift physical patterns, which can alter our mental patterns as well. 

Please drink plenty of water after class to support the release and hydration of the muscle fascia.
