About The Event
Linked poses moving at the speed of breath - flow with me weekly in this beautiful, subterranian salt room at Arise in Crown Heights, Brooklyn! Reccomended that you BYO mat and a towel // drink plenty of water before & after class.
We close with an extended rest period, and cool lavendar scented washcloths.
The room will be heated between 85 - 90° F.
